Guidance on using the logo Further information
The purpose of this new fund is to increase participation in the arts for people who have had few or no opportunities to take part. This will be delivered through residencies where artists will work in collaboration with members of the local community.
It also provides a period of reasonable financial security for artists to develop their own practice. This provides an additional opportunity for local people to see how artists develop their own work, often drawing on the area for research.
Please note -- you must credit the Scottish Arts Council partners programme -- this applies to all areas including recruitment and project ads, posters, publications, leaflets, project emails.

Minimum size
55mm wide
Exclusion zone
To help ensure clarity and improve the identity’s stand-out, a clear area should, where possible, be maintained around the mark. We recommend that you use the height of the tallest letter to delimit the exclusion zone, as demonstrated below.

Colour
The logo appears in black and grey (70% black) and red (Pantone 704C). It can also be used in black-and-white or reversed out of black or another dark colour.
Position of the identity
The position of the identity will often depend on where it is being used. As a general rule, it should be placed wherever it is most prominent. It is always used in conjunction with the National Lottery crossed fingers and Scottish Arts Council logo as shown below.

The examples shown demonstrate how the partners identity should be positioned in relation to other identities. It should be at least the same size and prominence of the other identity, and the rules of minimum size and exclusion zone should be observed. If the other logos are in colour then partners logo should be in colour too.
Misuse
Please do not distort or separate one element from another.
