Complaints

At the Scottish Arts Council we aim to provide a prompt, helpful and high quality service and strive to ensure our operations are fair, open, accountable and effective. Our standards are set out in our Quality Service leaflet, available to download below. We treat our customers with respect and our staff expect the same in return. We do not tolerate violence or verbal abuse.

We believe in giving our customers the best quality service possible but we know that sometimes things can go wrong and customers are not happy with the service they’ve received.

If this happens and a customer feels that the service has not been up to scratch, the Scottish Arts Council will do all it can to investigate and solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Please refer to our complaints policy and procedure to get information on how to register a complaint. If you would like to complain about any aspect of the website, please fill in our suggestion box.
