Trashcan Sinatras Jupiter and Teardrop

These two fantastic Scottish bands appeared at the South by Southwest (SxSW) music convention in Texas in March 2005.
Weightlifting was released to overwhelmingly favorable reviews and the band embarked on their first North American tour since 1993. The tour covered 26 dates and included sell-outs in New York and San Francisco, and three sell-outs in two days in Hollywood.

In January 2005, the Trashcans went on their first tour of England and Ireland since 1996, selling out shows in London, Glasgow, Manchester and Dublin. They were also named the 22nd best band in Scottish history, in a poll conducted by The List.
The band can't wait to attend South by Southwest, and will be performing three shows there, before embarking on another tour of the USA in April. |
